Where can I find out what a book I have says, and where it originates from?

The book was hand written in 1609, has lots of information about census, and was written by different people, mainly Pro Nobili D Philippo Battaglini, A Nob D Maschione Petso BelmontiSimone Uga Lino and many more.The cover has S R TO II. Nota deg Sstromenti raccoLri in questo Volume "da Saetano Franco Battaglini.Hgov or no Barro LiniLugalio 1609.I may be wrong on some of the spelling since it was written with a fountian pen. It starts with chapter 1- LX111.
