What do you think of Rick Ainkels transformation to starting CF from a blue chip pitching prospect?

I think its amazing to have the talent to make it first at a Pitcher, then re-make yourself as an outfielder. I understand he had the talent, but he was focused on pitching and didn't hone his other talents. I think it is remarkable.
