My 11yr old son is in serious need of help and I'm almost at breaking point.?

It sounds like your son needs counseling. You need to take it upon yourself to place him in counseling and not depend on the school system. It's also important that your son feels loved and supported by you. You probably should get some counseling yourself. Your family has been through a lot and your son is just acting out. You need to plan some special time that is just for the two of you so that he knows that he is loved by you. I know you love him, but maybe he doesn't feel it as much as he should be.
