Buddhist monks and nuns have to accept everything people put into their begging bowls; is that bad stuff too?
please don't insinuate that there are hard and fast rules i.e dogma in Buddhism. There isn't. Its all about using your own reason and judgment. The monks can easily decline in their own polite way anything that is not conducive to their beliefs. They do not HAVE to anything and though they do follow the 10 precepts for monks or the extended rules for Theravada monks, they ALWAYS must use their own reason above and beyond any rules.
