Left some smoked salmon in the car for a week?

After going to Costco a week ago, I forgot some Kirkland wild alaskan smoked salmon in the trunk of my car. I left it there for a full week, and on some days my car was parked in the sun, so it got quite hot. The packaging is still sealed and looks pretty air tight. My question is: Will it still be good if I still put in the fridge? Or should I just throw it away?
