I'm 29 and i think i might be an alcholic?

i started drinking about 11 years ago...i just never have seemed to be able to calm down or know my limits. I get crazy. Last night a guy i've been hanging out with told me i'm like jekyl and hyde...and that i get crazy when i drink. I dont know that i need AA...but i do need to fix this.
