I want my dog back from aspca?

I went to the aspca for advice on my baby pet pitbull mix, because she has mange so i wanted to find a solution on this matter and all they told me is to give her for adoption. which that wasn't what i wanted to do, but i did. and know i regret doing so. I feel that i did it against my will. know my kids and i are suffering this lose. My daughter constantly crying. Her teacher call me from school because she was concern of her. she said that all she does is cry and say that she wants her baby dog back. i feel completely empty without my baby pit bull we miss her like crazy. Am trying to get help with this matter. what else can i do . am willing to do anything to get her back. can someone give me some advice please iam so desprite right know that i feel that am going crazy.
