Can i call 5-o (the police) if someone i know has weed in there car?

i know some one who always has weed in there car and im wondering if i call the cops will they actually come and take him away? if your wondering why i may want to do this, it's to long of a story but trust me if u were me you would want to do it too! another thing how much weed do you think would be enough to get his a$$ deported (he's an illegal Alien). also let's say another person was riding with him when he gets caught will they get taken away as well? in this case i would not want that to happen. I only want this guy I dislike to get busted! so yea thanks for your time and please answer!!! ps. i know people might say things like snitch, punk, etc. i just wanna say an early go F**k yourself,lol =]- i know why i do thing's.
