Bush, Generals Powell and General Schwarzkopf. Kuwait was freed and the World was safer with a weak Iraq at that time the 4th largest Military in the World. Iraq was on its last legs after a Stalemate with Iran of 8 years. Saddam wanted to be a big man in the Arab World so he invaded small Kuwait at 0200(2:00 a.m.) Local Time. Not a smart move.
