Are they Burst blood vessels??they don't go away when I so the tumbler test?

I awoke,was sick then noticed purple blotches over my face.I don't no if I woke up with them however I did the tumbler test they didn't fade at allmy mum says they could be burst blood vessels I'm quite worried but the 2nd time I was sick I didn't get anymore.they are purple and reddy and slighty lumped in places what is it if It didn't disappear when I did the meningitis gl test.help please!!
