Zelda Wind Waker!!!?

How do I get to the boss (not the shadow boss at the beginning) when I revisit the Forsaken Fortress (Monster Island)? Can you give me exact details? E.g. Go into the room at the right... I'm running in circles and my brother isn't helping either :P Thx soooo much! Xoxo! Please Answer :P (P.S. I love all Zelda Games and have played most of them, can't wait till Twilight Princess is coming out!)
