Neurological disorder?

So I've being trying to figure out this, what I believe to be, a neurological disorder: a person who manipulates objects (often linen) with their hands and seem to indulge in some sort of fantasy world; I'm thinking Alien Hand Syndrome but in which the victim is aware of the action.
